Repairing R2-D2's dome drive!

As I mentioned in my previous video, at the Down East Fantasy Con, R2-D2's head stop rotating. It made noise but wouldn't move! Today, I took the head assembly apart to see what failed. It turns out that during my second R2-D2 build, I bought a spare motor! Today, I am going through the steps to get the old motor and mount structure out, replace the motor, do the wiring and make sure R2-D2's dome can rotate again! I have a big event this weekend and my droid needs to be working! ENJOY!
