Mastering Theoretical and practical knowledge helped tremendously in its application through Internships and Online courses. With the encouragement of Placements – Cell and faculty members, I have completed 27 internships in different domains and 12 online courses. As a Spearhead Placement Coordinator, I also gained lots of experience in Documentation process, Student screening & recruiting process, Maintaining databases, finally, I have learned the whole Human resource process.
