This documentary tells the true story of David Buckland, a developer whose life was turned upside down when he was prevented from building his home on a plot of land rumored to contain ancient human remains. With crushing bills and years of worry, David gives archaeologists just three days to investigate the site, believed to be a 6th-century Saxon graveyard near Salisbury. The investigation quickly becomes a frantic race against time, but what the team finds is far more complex than a simple Saxon cemetery. Unexpected discoveries push the site's history back thousands of years to the Bronze Age, revealing cremations and ritual burials predating the Saxons by two millennia.
