Dr Nina demonstrates a typical case of side profile sculpting, performing a non-surgical rhinoplasty to correct a nose dorsal hump and a chin sculpting on a week chin of our model Beth.

Beth main concern was the nose, she didn’t like the dorsal hump on her side profile.
She didn’t actually thought much about her chin, up until Dr Nina pointed it out.

Dr Nina assessed her face thoroughly and she explained that what Beth has, it is a malocclusion class 2, which means her upper maxilla is too projected (too ‘ forward’ ) and her chin is retro- positioned (too far backwards ).

This skeletal malocclusion can only be corrected while growing, now at Beth’ s age it can be improved either surgically or aesthetically hidden with a combination of non-surgical dermal fillers injections.

Dr Nina suggested to improve the Golden Ratio score of her side profile by performing a non-surgical rhinoplasty very safely with a cannula to straighten the appearance of the nose from the side and a Hyaluronic acid based dermal filler, and chin augmentation, also utilising a Hyaluronic acid based dermal filler to align the chin with the lips.
