This is part two of a grand unboxing of a haul from Il Meneghello, a tarot and oracle deck producer in Italy. The two decks we are looking at are the Tarocco di Besançon from 1700 and the Tarocco Marsiglia Svizzero from 1801. Though the Swiss tarot is produced later, it is in a style which is a transition to the Besançon. Both can be loosely considered Tarot de Marseille, but purists would disagree. If we do think of them as Marseille style decks, we can see elements of both type one and type two in these decks. I'll be doing a side-by-side walk-through in this video.
