Simply put no.
There is a bit of an issue with this crossbow, for something that is clearly meant to be a rifle - it lacks something unique for it to work out well.
Throwing a grenade projectile instead of a bolt that can be better seen to hit an enemy and then react would of made it better but there's a delay with the alt fire that completely throws this off.
