I have tried so many morning routines & by over complicating them or doing so much it ends up making me get little else done after. This short but insanely effective way of practicing gratitude is simple, quick & life changing.

By doing it in this order you are staying in the frequency of already having it when you list your future manifestation. & you are also showing gratitude for what has led you exactly where you are, how do you expect to manifest more if you are not grateful for what you already have now?
There is so much to be grateful for in this life & I am also so grateful for you if you have watched this & read to this point.
