A man once came to the Prophet ﷺ crying and said:
"O Messenger of Allah ﷺ, I am a sinner — will Allah forgive me?"

The Prophet ﷺ replied softly:
"Even if your sins reach the sky,
Allah’s mercy is greater than them all.
When a servant cries remembering Allah,
Allah says — ‘Look, My servant cries out of My fear,
I have forgiven him.’"
