COCONUT MILK GREEN PEAS GHEE RICE
INGREDIANTS
Indian spices like
Cinnamon, cardamom,clove, somfu, star anise, birinji etc
Onion – 1
Green peas – 50 gms
Coconut milk – ½ coconut
Salt to tast
Oil, ghee 5-6 spoons
Coriander leaves
mint leaves
METHOD
Put all Indian spices in 5 spoon oil and fry. Then add onion and only sauté little not too much it should be transculent add green peas and salt add ginger garlic paste. Fry for some time. Now add coconut milk and water 1:2 ratio (rice 1 : water 2 ). Allow in to boil add soaked basmathi rice (soaked for 10 min) add mint leaves and coriander leaves . let it remain for 10 min add ghee as you wish. Quick coconut milk green peas ghee rice is ready.
