Welcome to my Holiday Special!
Today I’m sharing a Holiday Dinner Menu, a full feast featuring roasted turkey, homemade gravy, green bean casserole, scalloped potatoes, pecan pie, pumpkin pie, and fresh whipped cream! This guide walks you through every recipe step-by-step.
This is a combination of classic methods, Gordon Ramsay inspiration, Allrecipes favorites by Nicole, and my own personal touches. 💛

🦃 HOLIDAY SPECIAL MENU & RECIPES:
Turkey:
by Gordon Ramsey & Nicole @ Allrecipes - a combination of their recipes with my spices and
wine.
Ingredients
Turkey, carrots, onions, celery, garlic
8 slices of bacon
1 Tsp onion powder
1 Tsp garlic powder
1 Tsp paprika
1 Tsp Thyme
1 Tsp rosemary
8 glove of garlic finely chopped/minced
1 cup butter
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Heaping Tsp chicken bullion
1 Cup Chardonnay
Italian Parsley
Salt & pepper
Compound Butter: take your butter, minced garlic, onion powder, garlic powder,
paprika, thyme, rosemary, olive oil, pepper and a little salt and mix together
Instructions
1. Make broth using turkey giblets + veggies.
2. Loosen turkey skin; massage compound butter under and over skin.
3. Stuff with onion, celery, carrots, garlic.
4. Roast 15 min at 428°F, then baste, cover with bacon, add wine + bouillon mix.
5. Roast at 356°F for 3–3.5 hours or until 165°F internal.
6. Rest 1–2 hours before carving.
Note: Remove bacon from turkey when crispy, and continue with cooking
Baste Often approx. every 30-40 mins
Gravy:
Simmer broth + drippings + veggies, mash well, stir in flour slurry until thickened, season to taste.
Green Bean Casserole:
Ingredients
4 - 5 cups fresh green beans cut into ½ or 3rd's
1 Lrg. can Campbells condensed Mushroom soup
1 cup milk, ½ & ½ or cream. I used half milk and half ½ & ½
½ cup of thinly sliced onion
1 cup of sliced mushrooms
1 Tsp soy sauce
1 container of Frenchs Fries Onions
Salt & Pepper to taste
Instructions
Blanch green beans for 3 to 4 minutes. Drain beans.
Mix the soup, milk and ½ & ½, and soy sauce together, then add the green beans, mix
together, then add half of the Frenches Fried Onion and mix together. Place all into a
casserole dish lightly greased with butter, even out, place a few pats of butter on top and
bake 30 to 45 minutes in a 350 to 375 degree oven until bubbly. Halfway through, add
the remaining french fried onions to top and finish baking until golden brown.
Scalloped Potatoes, mom's:
Ingredients
4 or 5 russet potatoes, sliced. Small batch just use less potato
1-2 Lrg cans of Campbells condensed Mushroom soup, use less for small batch
1 large onion thinly sliced
1 cup mushroom sliced
1 Tsp onion powder
1 Tsp Garlic powder
½ & ½ or cream
butter
salt & pepper to taste
flourInstructions
Mix Mushroom soup in a large bowl, fill the can half way with ½ & ½
or cream and pour in bowl, add mushrooms, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper
and mix well. Peel and slice your potatoes, rinse thoroughly. Then use a deep casserole
dish lightly buttered, put a little mixture on the bottom and layer your potatoes, some of
the onion, more of the mixture, salt, pepper, and sprinkle a little flour , then repeat the
process until the dish is full, top off with the remaining mixture, and a couple pats of
butter on the top. Bake @ 375 to 400 for 1 and a 1/2 hours until bubbly and potatoes are
tender.
Pecan Pie

Ingredients
3 eggs well beaten
1 cup sugar
½ cup light corn syrup
½ cup dark corn syrup
1 Tsp vanilla
½ to ¼ Tsp salt
2 Tbsp melted butter
1-1/2 cups chopped pecans
Pie shell – I usually make my own, but frozen is fine, it's make it easy.
Instructions
Place sugar, corn syrups, eggs, vanilla, salt and melted butter, mix together well, add
pecans, mix together and add to pie shell. Bake for 15 minutes at 400 degrees, then turn
down to 350 and bake for another 35 to 40 minutes. Cool and refrigerate. Serve with
fresh whipped cream or vanilla Ice Cream
Pumpkin Pie:
Smooth, creamy, perfectly spiced, the holiday essential!
Ingredients:

Ingredients:
1 can (15oz) pumpkin
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp salt
2 eggs
Pie shellI
Fresh Whipped Cream:
Light, fluffy, and better than anything from a can.
Ingredients:
1 to 2 cups whipping cream, and 3 to 6 Tbsp powdered sugar. Depending on how much
you want, and how sweet. Add a splash of vanilla, and beat until fluffy. Mix in chilled
bowl. 1 cup whipping cream and 3 powdered sugar Tbsp make a small batch
