"Allegro" was a mythological musical TV show on Israeli TV Channel 1, hosted by Yitzhak Shimoni.
The opening note is „Allegro” and „Cancan” from Offenbach's „Gaite Parisienne”.
Ofra is singing in German here. She could easily sing in any style, any language.
She's performing "Komm, Lieber Mai (Sehnsucht nach dem Frühlinge)" - "Come, Dear May (Longing For Spring)" by Christian Adolph Overbeck (lyrics) and Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart (music). It is one of the rare examples of art songs that have become true folk songs through their widespread reception.

And let the little violets
