1. Mivange ya Ginseng na Gingembre
Ibikoresho: Ginseng, #Gingembre
Ingaruka: Ginseng ituma umubiri ukora imisemburo ya testosterone neza, ikongera imbaraga kandi igafasha mu kugabanya ibibazo by’imikorere ya #libido. Gingembre nayo ituma #amaraso atembera neza, ikanongera ubushake bwo gukora #imibonano no kubikora neza.
2. Mivange ya Maca na Damiana
Ibikoresho: Maca, Damiana
