No, this isn't a jp-exclusive mix hidden on the Splatune 2 disc, nor is it in any lost trailers or in the game files. It's a custom loop I made because I always thought that the trailer version was too short, and I wanted the uploads of the in game version to end with an actual ending rather than just a fadeout.

Unless you wanna headcanon that this is the version that was in SashiMori's album, you could write a whole wikipedia page on that.
