This was supposed to be a Valentine gift but that's not quite how it worked out! The hair oil creates the cells and I personally find it better than the silicone oil. The tools I used were:
Kebab Stick for Squiggles
Kitchen Blow Torch (helps encourage cells to appear from the OGX)
Hair Dryer (with spreader) on the coolest setting.
The hair oil used was Organix OGX hair oil found here:
