3 Viral COTTAGE CHEESE KETO BOWLS You’ll Want on Repeat
These bowls are high-protein, low-carb, and so easy even beginners can make them. I took viral cottage cheese bowl trends and gave them a keto makeover — and they turned out absolutely insane.

🧄 1. Crispy Chicken Parm Cottage Cheese Bowl
Ingredients:
Cottage Cheese Base:
1 cup full-fat cottage cheese
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tbsp grated parmesan
Crispy Chicken:
1 boneless skinless chicken thigh or breast
1 tbsp mayo or 1 beaten egg
1/4 cup crushed pork rinds
1 tbsp grated parmesan
1/4 tsp garlic powder
Salt & pepper
Avocado oil spray
Toppings:
1/2 cup sugar-free marinara (Rao’s)
1/4 cup shredded mozzarella
Fresh basil (optional)
Optional: cheese crisps for crunch
Instructions:
Mix cottage cheese with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and parmesan.
Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces. Coat with mayo or egg.
Mix pork rinds, parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Coat chicken in mixture.
Air fry at 375°F for 10–13 min (or bake at 400°F for 15–18 min) until golden.
Warm marinara. Assemble bowl: cottage cheese, marinara, mozzarella, chicken, garnish.

🥒 2. Spicy Pickle & Bacon Ranch Bowl
Ingredients:
1 cup full-fat cottage cheese (not blended)
1 tbsp ranch seasoning OR 2 tbsp ranch dressing
2 tbsp chopped dill pickles
1 tbsp sliced jalapeños
2 strips crispy bacon, chopped
1 tsp Frank’s RedHot Wing Sauce
Optional: crushed Quest chips, pork rinds, or Whisps
Instructions:
Stir ranch into cottage cheese.
Add pickles, jalapeños, bacon, and drizzle with hot sauce.
Top with crunch if desired.
Macros (approx.):
420 cal | 33g fat | 4g net carbs | 27g protein
🍓 3. Strawberry Cheesecake Crunch Bowl
Cottage Cheese Base:
1 cup full-fat cottage cheese
1 tbsp powdered sweetener (Swerve Confectioners)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Toppings:
1/4 cup diced strawberries
1 tbsp sugar-free strawberry jam
2 tbsp graham crumble (see below)
Optional: whipped cream
Keto Graham Crumble:
2 tbsp almond flour
1/2 tbsp melted butter
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp powdered sweetener
Pinch of salt
Instructions:
Mix almond flour, cinnamon, salt, sweetener, and butter until crumbly.
Air fry at 350°F for 3–4 min OR bake at 350°F for 5–7 min until golden.
Stir or blend cottage cheese with sweetener and vanilla.
Assemble: cottage cheese base, swirl in jam, add strawberries, top with crumble + whip.
Macros (approx.):
350 cal | 27g fat | 5g net carbs | 22g protein
