This week's custom Ghost Recon Wildlands custom loadout and character concept is the UTARC Elite. Based off of the real world Bolivian special military force of the same name, the UTARC Elite uses special weapons and close quarter tactics, employing flashbangs and quick, accurate shots to engage targets in an urban evironment.
In this video are all the weapons, the loadout, the tactics, and the best way to play this role in Ghost Recon Wildlands.
