Cescaphe Ballroom Wedding Film // Danielle + Tim // The Best Part of Me

Danielle and Tim have been inseparable since their first date. When Tim knew the time was right to propose to Danielle, he planned the perfect proposal getaway. For Christmas, he told Danielle about a planned trip he was giving her. The following month, they travelled to the Woodlands Inn in Wilkes-Barre, PA for their ski weekend. After a day on the slopes, they went back to their room where Tim had flower petals sprinkled around the room and a bottle of champagne at the ready. He got down on one knee and asked Danielle for her hand in marriage. She said, “yes” of course, which brings us to this spectacular wedding event!

Before making the journey to the church for their ceremony, Danielle and Tim exchanged beautifully written love notes to each other as they prepared for their day. We love how often they refer to each other as “best friends”. That was certainly a theme this day, and a wonderful one at that. What better person to spend the rest of your life with?

Danielle’s wedding gown was dazzling! It featured a beautifully beaded strapless bodice and a sparkling full skirt. She wore her hair down and accented it with a long veil for the ceremony and formal photos. She was such a beautiful bride. And Tim complimented her beauty, looking very dapper in his three-piece gray suit. It was time for their “first look” and formal photos at Washington Square Park and around the city. Michael’s Photography was there to capture the wedding day in photos while we filmed. We were thrilled to capture beautiful poses with the iconic Philadelphia City Hall as the backdrop.

Their ceremony took place at the historic Old Saint Joseph’s Church. It was a lovely ceremony where Father Ruff reminded everyone that their love and their marriage was meant to be. They recited their traditional vows and made it official!

As Danielle and Tim made their grand entrance into their reception, they received a wonderful sparkler salute courtesy of Cescaphe Event Group! They chose to hold their reception at Cescaphe Ballroom, a gorgeous venue filled with old world romance and glamour, built on the site of the former Imperial Theater on 2nd Street. Carl Alan Floral Designs made the site even more beautiful with their magnificent floral centerpieces.

Danielle and Tim kicked off the affair with a beautifully executed first dance. But after dinner, it was time to party! Beyond any doubt, Brandywine Valley Talent’s Jellyroll rocked the house that evening! You can see just how much fun everyone was having there on the dance floor!

It was such a pleasure to get to know Danielle and Tim and to be there to capture the day’s events on film. Congratulations and best wishes to the both of them as they begin a new chapter in love and happiness.
