Demonstration showing Lee Hite's design of a Briquette Press. Works well and I show how I dry them on top of my wood stove. The briquette's take about a day or two to dry while on top of the stove top. DON'T LEAVE THEM UNATTENDED! As they dry the little bits of shredded paper get warm and start to smoke! I forgot them one day and went upstairs when I was drying them. I smelled something burning and came downstairs to a room full of smoke! It was one briquette and it was enough to fill the room. Easy to clean out with the door open for few minutes but totally preventable. I plan on drying a bunch next summer and then not having to dry any and have a large supply to keep starting my fires with. See my other video of starting the wood stove with the Briquettes.
