After the chaos in Cairo, our trip to Aswan felt like a relaxing exhale. Little did we know that we we would get SCAMMED in an unassuming little tea shop! We didn't let it bother us as we crossed the river into Elephantine Island to try CAMEL. Lastly, if you love a good murder mystery, we visit the historic Old Cataract Hotel, where Agatha Christie wrote Death on the Nile. The real killer was us spending more money for a cocktail than we would back home in NYC.
