I have seen videos like this that have helped me go to sleep and I'm always all like...I feel like I could make that. So I tried to make one right quick.

I started by giving chat gpt some prompts to create an image. I then had it make some tweaks. Then I tweaked the image some more in photoshop. I composited and looped the assets in After Effects. Then I mixed and looped the audio I gathered with the video in Premiere Pro. Pretty much. I think I am going to make more with different vibes. Thanks for watching.
