The line where teeth and gum join together is called the Gum Line. Mostly plaque will form near this Gum Line. The most important place we have to brush is the Gum Line Present inside and outside the teeth. Instead of hardly brushing all the teeth at once, take only three teeth at a time, place the brush at a 45-degree angle, rub the teeth gently and sweep downwards. The dirt inside the Gum Line will come out. Likewise, for lower teeth, take 3 teeth, rub it and sweep upwards. All dirt present inside will come out. Just as we are doing this outside of the tooth, we should do this inside of the tooth as well. Only after this, we should clean the biting area called the occlusal surface.
