Erik's Dying Wish ► Till I Hear You Sing

So........ I always thought this song fit Yeston/Kopit Phantom's script better than LND (except for the introduction, so that's why I clipped it out. ;) ) And if you can use a LND song for a better purpose, why not? So it's Erik's last dying wish in this version of Phantom to hear Christine sing once more. And before he dies, he does. That's why the sepia scenes of Christine singing change at the end to color. This one song from LND is honestly quite moving, although I found that in the context of this TV series it was even more moving!! In the sequel the message just plain bugs me... but in this one it's perfectly understandable that the Phantom still wants her back!

And I'm not a huge fan of LND, in fact I quite dislike it, but I LOVE Ramin Karimloo in this song especially, and the music here is quite good. Not the biggest fan of the lyrics, but here I think the simplicity works well.
