Recipe for Cheese Cookies.
Ingredients:
cottage cheese 9% -200 grams,
flour -180-190 grams
baking powder -1/2 teaspoon,
sugar 1 cup,
butter-100 grams,
vanillin.
Chop the butter into crumbs with flour. Add baking powder, then cottage cheese and knead the dough.
Wrap the dough in cling film and refrigerate for 1.5 hours (I missed this moment and did not do this).
Roll out the dough into a thin layer and cut out circles, dip in sugar and fold. Bake at 180 C until golden brown.
Remove hot otherwise the sugar on the baking sheet will harden and the cookies will stick.
