Carolyn Rickard-Brideau is Little's Chief Executive Officer and is responsible for advancing the firm's mission and values, executing our long-term strategic plan and cultivating a culture where employees can build a career they are proud of.

With over 35 years in practice, Carol is a leader for the firm in the intersection between architecture and human neurobiology and the WELL Building Standard. She has a passion for salutogenic design and its impact on human wellness, happiness and productivity.

A guest critic and lecturer at design schools, Carol has been published both nationally and internationally and is frequently a featured presenter at national conferences on Workplace. She received her Bachelor degree from The Catholic University of America, her Master of Architecture degree from Virginia Tech, and is a LEED and WELL Accredited Professional.

With an undergraduate degree in anthropology from William and Mary, and a Master of Architecture from Virginia Tech, Anh Tran is a Senior Associate at Little who has dedicated her career to the integration of culture with the built environment across many different project typologies, from retail prototypes to university campuses to corporate headquarters. Her work in visioning, change management, ethnography, and analysis aids Little’s design teams in working with stakeholder and end-user groups to understand organizational culture, unpack patterns of behavior, and create dialogue about how spaces can better reflect unique mission and purpose.
