Easy Butter Chicken Recipe

Hey everyone today I will be trying my hand at some Delicious Butter 🧈 Chicken! Serve this creamy chicken over some Basmati Rice 🍚 and Garlic 🧄 Naan and you will not be disappointed!

Ingredients:

1-2 Ib. Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts or Thighs, cut into chunks

Chicken Marinade:
1-2 tsp Ground Cumin
1-2 tsp Ground Coriander
1-2 tsp Chili 🌶 Powder
1-2 tsp Ground Turmeric
1-2 tsp Garam Masala
1-2 tsp Paprika
1/2 tsp Salt 🧂
1/4 tsp Cayenne Powder
1 tsp Ginger Paste
1-2 tsp Garlic 🧄, chopped
1/2-1 Cup Plain or Greek Yogurt
*Allow the chicken to marinate for at least 30 minutes or up to 24 hours*

Butter 🧈, as needed
1/2 Cup Yellow Onion 🧅, diced
1 Garlic 🧄 Clove, chopped
1 Tbsp Tomato 🍅 Paste
14.5 can of Diced Tomatoes 🍅
Heavy Cream, as needed
Optional: Fresh Chopped Cilantro
Basmati Rice 🍚
Garlic 🧄 Naan
