Ship's Provision store | Dry provision & Cold storage rooms| Sailor Vlog| Akhil the Merchant Mariner

Hello guys! In this video you can see how does a ship's provision store look like. Chief cook is the in charge of Galley and provision. Chief cook is assisted by Mess man aka General Steward.
Provision Store contains 2 sections .
1. Dry Provision strore : for the storage of food at normal room temperature.
2. Cold Provision store / Cold storage rooms: These are mainly for the storage of food items which are to stored at a lower temperature than the normal room temperature. Fish,Meat and vegetables are stored in cold storage rooms. Vegetables are stored at a temperature of 5 degree Celsius where as Fish & Meat is stored at a temperature range of -16 to -20 Degree Celsius.
