Try This Easy Soup Maker Tomato and Red Pepper Soup (With Only A Few Ingredients!)

👩‍🍳 Tomato and Red Pepper Soup in a Soup Maker Recipe

1 onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, crushed
4 to 6 tomatoes on the vine*, chopped
2 red peppers, chopped
100g split red lentils, rinsed
800ml vegetable stock (approx)

1. Optional: saute the onions and garlic in a little oil.
2. Add all the ingredients to your soup maker and stir all the ingredients together to make sure nothing is stuck to the base.
3. Set the soup maker off on smooth.
4. Season according to taste.
