20.03.2021 ... Transport of the famous wagon - restaurant CIWL Orient Express no. 3341, built in 1928, from Lianokladi to Bralos - an initiative of Bralos Cultural Society for an effort of restoration.
This is the 4th Part, out of 8, of my Documenay Series "Bralos Railway Pass: Once Upon a Time"

This coach was one of the famous 3341-3360 lots sold by CIWL to SNCF in 1962, retaining the CIWL insignia. It was used by the contractor Desquenne et Giral in the 80s and 90s to upgrade the Athens - Thessaloniki main line and since then it was left in this tragic condition.
The green-yellow wagon was built in 1937 (Gothaer Waggonfabrik) and circulated until the mid-70s, then converted into a vehicle of the School of Education (Thermal Department).
