This vintage 1957 Gibson Les Paul Special is the real deal — a golden-era slab of tone, character, and mojo. Finished in the iconic TV Yellow, this double-cutaway beauty sports a pair of original P-90 pickups that deliver everything from warm, woody cleans to snarling, articulate growl.
The lightweight mahogany body, wraparound tailpiece, and no-frills design make this one of the most resonant and responsive guitars of its time. The neck is full and round — quintessential '50s Gibson feel — and the playability is exceptional for a guitar of this age.
While the tuners have been professionally replaced for improved reliability, the originals are not included. Otherwise, this guitar retains its vintage soul and continues to age beautifully, both sonically and visually. The bridge has been upgraded to the Music City Bride Stud Finder, but the original is included.
