🍂Today we are going to draw a sea serpent or sea dragon attacking a ship. This sea serpent drawing is based on the famous Sea Orm from the Carta Marina that was created by Olaus Magnus in 1539. This video is a step by step guided tutorial showing the whole process from start to finish. Scroll down to see the list of materials you will need for this art project.

📜Carta marina was the first Medieval map to show Nordic countries in detail with geographical, cartographic and ethnographic information. It is richly decorated with various legendary sea creatures and sea monsters.
