The base of a tasty homemade tomato sauce is a good spice/vinegar mix.
I used EzySauce in the past, but with it being unavailable, this is my replacement recipe.
Recipe:
500ml Apple Cider Vinegar
100ml Balsamic Vinegar
1Tbs Citric Acid
1tsp Ground Cloves
1tsp Cayenne Pepper (or Chilli Powder)
1Tbs Ground Black Pepper
1Tbs Ginger Powder
1Tbs Ground Allspice
1Tbs Smokey Paprika Powder
1Tbs Mustard Powder
