AKB48 BNK48 JKT48希望的リフレイン/ Idol 48 concert/ SKOC & HKWBS Wind Band

If you ever want to feel the power of a full wind band blasting your favourite Jpop songs from the idol 48 groups (hence TIUP! geddit?), and immerse yourself in a sea of sounds in the grandest fashion, these are the concerts for you. With over 20 songs in each concert, we are confident we've selected some classics that you don't want to miss.

7. 希望的リフレイン (Hopeful Refrain)

In 2014, many of the first generation AKB48 members had
already “graduated” from the group but made a guest
appearance in the group’s 38th single Hopeful Refrain.
In the music video, the members are having a relay while
protecting a suitcase storing the golden microphone,
the symbol of the centre position, from the black-suited
mysterious chaser and the passing-on of the microphone
symbolise the change of era of the group. This is also
well presented in the arrangement, released one month
after the original, with a lot of syncopations to resemble
the chasing scene and call and responses from different
instruments for the passing of the suitcase.
