After months of development, Wanderer ETA’s automatic tilt adjustment is now fully integrated with NINA, enabling true hands-off tilt optimization through the Advanced Sequencer.
With WandererEmpire v2.3.7 or later installed, the WandererAstro Tools plugin is automatically available in NINA, allowing you to:
Execute fully automatic ETA tilt adjustment directly inside a sequence
Apply saved ETA presets automatically for different targets, camera angles, or altitudes
About Wanderer ETA
Wanderer ETA is a groundbreaking electronic tilt and back focus adjuster designed for modern astrophotography systems.
**3 independent adjustment motors
**Adjustment range: 1.2 mm
**Motor resolution: 0.3 μm per step
**Positioning accuracy: up to 2 μm
Compared to traditional manual tilters, ETA improves accuracy by several orders of magnitude, making it ideal for fast focal ratio optics and large-format sensors.
Wanderer ETA can be mounted directly to an OAG or camera front, while maintaining 55 mm back focus in most configurations
