The Synth Project Episode 1: Introduction

Introducing the Synth Project, aka: Let's build a synth together.

I always dreamed to own a Moog, since I saw it being played by Keith Emerson. I have always been fascinated by the sounds that it can create and what I could do with it. Like it was the one thing I needed to become a good musician.

Well, I cannot buy one, but I can certainly build something similar, something that will make me spend long hours experimenting with it, both from the perspective of making music and the perspective of designing and building it.

I know this is going to be a tough and long project to work on it by myself, and that's why I have decided to do something different, this time. I would like to make it a collaborative project. I would like to see you, my viewers, actively participate in the making of this project. I would like to invite you in this effort by providing comments, making suggestions on how to modify a schematic, propose your own schematics. In short, I would like to build this instrument together.
