A continuation of the 10'0" Longboard JT shaped in the last video. Part 1 of this board getting a deep Red tint. Starting with the tape-off to ensure clean laps, ending with the finished bottom lamination. Doing resin color-work on a board this big (10 ft) comes with its challenges. Mostly needing to get the right timing with catalyzing, to have enough time to wet the board out and tuck the rails. But not so weak of a catalyzing that the resin "drains out", and leaves the bottom lam dry.
Part 2 of the lamination and finishing this board will be coming soon.
