560SEC dyno tuning C126 FrankenCIS with dkubus M117 camshafts W126 Mercedes Benz Coupe

Tuning a 560SEC that has been fitted with dkubus 276 degree (big overlap) camshafts, + high-stall torque converter and FrankenCIS Fuel and Ignition 3D mapping system. System over view and dyno runs followed by some nice exhaust sounds at the end of the tuning session. hope you enjoy.

Internally 100% original engine pistons, conrods, cylinder heads, head gaskets, valves and springs, intake manifold and throttle body, and exhaust manifolds all with no modification or reconditioning/rebuilding of any kind, stock as a rock as they say. Only mods are as listed below (all just direct bolt in parts plus FrankeCIS DIY tuning system).

Camshafts, torque converter and DIY-tuning system all fitted by the clients mechanic and then vehicle delivered to us for configuration, Ignition mapping, cold start tuning, warm-up cycle tuning, road manners plus cruise tuning and then full power dyno tuning for full engine range safe running. Intake is standard, exhaust manifolds standard, exhaust not optimised but sounds pretty good (was partially blocked we found out after the dyno runs unfortunately, Clients mechanic has now replaced it with free flowing new system and has said that the car is running even better now).
