WHY DID YOU PICK 2018 MAZDA 3 HATCHBACK?

“Actually itong vehicle na ‘to pinagpilian ko sya versus Honda Civic. Yung hatchback configuration was one of the considerations maliban sa pound-for-pound feature nito. Mas na-bilib lang ako kumbaga.”


HOW DOES IT FEEL DRIVING THIS VEHICLE?

“It feels safe.”

“It feels kinda rigid when you drive it zero sobrang responsive n’ya. Yung kotse minimises yung body roll.”

“Para sa 2.0 liter parang matipid. Ang city drive ko siguro nasa mga 9 to 10 kilometres per liter. Tag mixed city traffic and highway siguro nasa mga 13 kilometres per liter.”


WHAT FEATURES DO YOU REALLY LOVE ABOUT THE 2018 MAZDA 3 HATCHBACK?

“The main feature that I love about this car maybe is the Sport Mode. May nangyayri sa transmission e na parang mas reactive and mas engage sya.”

“This is very good in corners. Yung steering wheel nya is very communicative — In a sense that, I really know where I’m going.“

“It has automatic wipers.”

“Automatic dimmers sa gabi.”

“It has adaptive headlights; meaning pag niliko mo yung steering wheel, susunod yung law dun sa direction. It is automatic also. Example, if dumaan ka sa tunnel na madilim, mag-o-on s’ya mag-isa. Tag lumiwanag mag-o-off s’ya ulit.”

“Merong sinasabi si Mazda na “Jinbai Ittai”. Parang the rider and the horse, na talking focused ka sa driving. Tapos bahala na yung kotse na mag-on ng ilaw. Behalf na s’ya mag-dim. Bahala na s’ya mag-wiper. Basta ikaw mag-drive ka lang.”

“Tapos pag-traffic, it’s very comfortable here inside. Meron s’yang dual zone climate control.”

“Leather yung seats, everything upholstered. Parang semi-bucket yung feel up to the siding. It’s really soft.”

“Pretty good!”

"It has an overhead display.”

“It has automatic side mirrors.”

“Infotainment is good. Everything is reachable. I don’t have to reach out and adjust things.”

“The only downside of the infotainment of Mazda is that hindi s’ya supported ng Apple Carplay and Android Auto.”

“Pagnaka-on yung Sport Mode yung con n’ya is that matutuwa ka dun sa acceleration per lalakas naman ang consumption mo.”
