Soil pH Meter:

this is so far the best Soil pH Sensor/meter i have ever used, with this sensor you can not only measure the Soil pH value, but you can also monitor the soil moisture, and temperature in real-time wirelessly within 3 to 5km using long range LoRa transceiver modules. the transmitter side is based on the ESP32 whereas the receiver side is based on the RP2040.

The transmitter side also has a battery, so you will also learn how to incorporate batteries in your future projects and how to monitor the battery voltage. This is an open source project, you can download its schematics, PCB design files, and programming from the article available on my website electroniclinic . com.

Here’s what we’ll cover:
How to upload code to the ESP32S3 module using a USB to TTL converter.
Adding the RP2040 board to the Arduino IDE and uploading programs.
Modifying codes for custom needs.
Adjusting sleep intervals to conserve battery power for months of operation.
Using LoRa to wirelessly transmit battery voltage, temperature, humidity, and soil pH data over long distances (up to 5km!).
Field testing soil pH values to see how they affect plant growth.
