This practice is part of The Roots of Feminine Yoga, exploring the five elements through practice, each one touching a different kosha. 🌬️ Here we step into the air element with a warm, devotional tone that supports the heart and the intuitive layers of Vijnanamaya Kosha.
You’ll explore heart opening yoga and air yoga themes through graceful movement, steady breathing, and mindful pauses. Keywords such as Anahata chakra, compassion, joy, ease, and devotion are woven naturally into the practice without forcing anything. 🍃

Cat–Cow transitions naturally into prostration-based vinyasa, where gratitude becomes part of the movement. 🐈
❤️ From there you transition into hip opening and heart-centered shapes like Pigeon Pose (Kapotasana prep), supported psoas release, and variations infused with sound for emotional and energetic release.
Standing work includes Tree Pose and Dancer Pose (Natarajasana) to cultivate stability, balance, and lightness. 🌲
