The exercise program transforming the lives of children with autism

Did you know only 14 per cent of children with autism in WA get enough exercise? This can be due to a various barriers, but now an innovative exercise program codesigned by Murdoch University researchers, children with autism and their families, is breaking down these barriers and encouraging enjoyable movement.

The program, ‘Step Up for Autism’, is funded by The Hospital Research Foundation Group through a Telethon Trust Grant.
