నమస్తే అండీ...నేను మీ విజయ.Welcome to Vijaya Vantalu. ఈ రోజు నేను మన ఎపిసోడ్ లో చేప నిల్వ[చేప ఆవకాయ] పచ్చడి పెట్టాను. ఈ పచ్చడి కోసం నేను బొచ్చె చేపను ఉపయోగించాను. ఈ చేప చాలా రుచిగా ఉంటుంది. అలాగే ఇది అన్ని చేపలలా మెత్తగా కాకుండా ముక్కని వేపగానే కొంచెం గట్టిపడుతుంది,అందువలన ముక్కలు చేదిరిపోకుండా గట్టిగా ఉంటాయి. అందువల్ల చేప నిల్వ పచ్చడికి ఈ చేప చాలా బాగుంటుంది. పక్కా కొలతలతో ఈ పచ్చడిని పట్టుకుంటే కనీసం మూడు నెలలు నిల్వ ఉంటుంది. ఈ చేప నిల్వ [చేప ఆవకాయ] పచ్చడి కచ్చితంగా మీకు నచ్చుతుంది. తప్పకుండా చేసుకుని ఇంటిల్లిపాది తిని ఆనందించండి...
