If you’re pregnant and your body is starting to freak out, you NEED to do yoga. It wasn’t until I started a daily practice that my back and groin pain significantly reduced. Remember, your body is changing so fast, and it needs some TLC. The stretches I demo in this vid have been immensely beneficial for me, especially now in the third trimester.
And, since it’s me, you might get some other tidbits and (hopefully) funny stories along the way ;)
