Yang style Tai Chi Sword as it is taught, today,by Yang Zhenduo son of Yang Chengfu(taught Tai Chi,partly,by his father,The sword routine is demonstrated here by Yang Zhenduo's senior(chief) student.It is in Chinese but can be found in DVD format with subtitles in English selectable.Note the knees are less bent and movement is more dynamic but less relaxed compared to Cheng Manching's(student of Yang Chengfu) more bent knees postures in order to induce deep relaxation
