1.5lbs wings
3/4 cup corn starch
1/4 cup all purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp pepper
1 tbsp onion powder
3 lemons zested
Juice of half a lemon
1 stick of unsalted butter, melted
2 tbsp hot sauce
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp mayo
2 tbsp lemon pepper seasoning
