American's Experience First FoOTiE Game!

We loved the Footie Game! In Australia, rugby is called Footie. Our friends gave us some great tickets to the game. They were on the 20th row right at the most eventful endzone! It was awesome. Sam, Ben, Jake, and Dad went with some friends from our church and had an absolute blast.

It was such an exciting game! It was a matchup between two Brisbane teams, the Broncos, and the Dolphins. The Dolphins are a new team in the league and both teams came into this game undefeated, so it was quite the game. It went back and forth, until the last minute. The Broncos had an amazing last play where their player ran across the entire field barely outrunning the dolphins to win the game. It was awesome!

We loved cheering with the crowd and feeling the energy of the stadium. We didn't understand all of the rules but enjoyed learning and enjoying the intensity of the sport anyway. We had a great time!
