6yo patient seen 24h after a trauma involving tooth #21. Examination reveals a coronal fracture with a smal pulp exposure.
Intra-osseous electronic anesthesia (QuickSleeper) and Split Dam Technique with some liquid dam.
Cvek Pulpotomy with NeoMTA. The washout resistance after only 1 min allows to finish restoration in the same session. NeoMTA does not produce any blackening over time.
Tooth fragment rebonding after partial rehydration in a saline solution.
