The new 5 decimal place semi microbalances from Sartorius in the Secura and Quintix Series features a weighing pan with 80 mm or 3.14 inches in diameter. The balance comes with a in-use dust cover that covers the display and also dust cover that covers the entire balance when the balance is not in use. The balance is power by universal AC adapter that includes multiple power adapters enabling you to use the balance in countries like the UK that uses the 2 prong plug outlet. We only sell lab balances to the US market and the AC Adapter has the correct adapter head for use in the USA.

The rear of the balance has the AC Adapter input, a fastening port for a Kensington key lock, a lug to pass a cable through if you want to use the standard cable lock to secure your balance from theft. You also have the USB port to connect to a computer (mini-A to Type-A cable) or to a Sartorius Printer.

The new Secura225D-1S replaces the discontinued CPA225D which had a separate electronics unit and now the Secura225D-1S is one complete unit. Easy-to-Clean Design
