CEO Trieu Vang | The first light God bestowed in the darkness of the mountains and forests

Early in the peaceful village, I woke up by the warm fire, surrounded by the little pets God had entrusted to my care. I boiled water to wash my face, breathed in the morning mist, and silently gave thanks for another day beginning in life.

As I went out to tend to the chickens and ducks, I suddenly heard the faint chirping of chicks in the coop. And then, joy overwhelmed me—a flock of newly hatched chicks had come into this world. I gently carried them out of the nest, so that these tiny creatures could see the first rays of sunlight, and be free to forage with their mother as the Creator intended.

After caring for my livestock, I went into the village to ask for some traditional green vegetables to make pickles. It was fortunate and heartwarming to receive the fresh green leaves from a couple in the village with genuine kindness. While thanking them, I suddenly realized that their house had electricity—and then an unexpected opportunity opened up.

An old electric appliance, seemingly forgotten, was repaired and put back into use by God's grace. The first night in the bright light filled my heart with joy and gratitude. From now on, I no longer have to cook or rest in the dark.

All of these things—from the newly hatched chicks, the simple green vegetables, to the light in the night—are graces God has given me, to remind me that:
Those who live with gratitude and care for the little things will always be favored by Him.
