Here is one of my old school back work outs inspired by the legend Serge Nubret! It has lots of volume and intensity. You can use it to break through the plateau, increase definition in your back and make some solid, quality gains!
Pls make sure you warm up with 3-4 sets of wide grip pull ups and stretch your lats!!!!
Rest between sets 30 secs!
1. Behind neck pull downs 5x12
2. Front pull downs 5x12
3. Close grip pull downs 5x12
4. Bent over seated pull downs parallel grip 5x12
5. Seated 90 degrees pull downs 5x12
6. Seated Cable rows 5x12
7. Tbar rows 5x12
8. Straight arm cable crossovers to hips.
