Why I saved the January 6 Investigation Report and Supporting Documentation

Since Congress and the Senate did not do what they were Constitutionally required to do and disqualify Trump from office for his violation of Section 3 of the Fourteenth Amendment, this report is now at risk of deletion when Donald Trump gets back into power. In his first term he had decades worth of climate change data deleted from the websites of NASA and the EPA, and attempted to whitewash and obstruct the Mueller investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 Presidential Election. The only reason he ran for President in 2024 was to stay out of jail, pardon himself, and most likely have all evidence against him concerning January 6 deleted from government websites.

This investigation proved a valuable insight into the writing of my debut novel Trojan SMERSH, set during the January 6 insurrection. And the public deserves to know the truth. And as of late many Trump cult followers and other propagandists have flooded the internet with so much disinformation. False claims it was a "peaceful protest", that there were "no guns" (there were! See here: https://www.motherjones.com/politics/... ), or that it was an FBI false flag attack.

Because of such disinformation and the imminent risk of the report not surviving the next administration, I have downloaded all the January 6 files from the Government Publishing Office's website and reuploaded them to a Google Drive for all to see: https://drive.google.com/drive/folder...
